Return & Refund Policy (14 Days)

We want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return eligible items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.

Eligibility

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original sealed packaging for hygiene reasons.

  • Opened or used cosmetic products cannot be returned unless defective or damaged on arrival.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at support@glowcosmetics.com with your order number and the items you wish to return.

  2. We’ll provide return instructions and the return address.

  3. Ship the items back within 14 days of receiving approval.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except where the item is defective, damaged, or we sent the wrong item.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method for the full amount paid (including standard shipping for defective/incorrect items; excluding original shipping for change-of-mind returns where permitted by law).

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or a full refund.

Exchanges

  • We don’t offer direct exchanges. Please return your item for a refund and place a new order.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards, final sale items (if marked as such), and opened hygiene-sensitive products (unless faulty).
