We’re committed to fast, reliable shipping across Europe.

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding public holidays).

  • During peak periods or launches, processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping Coverage

  • We ship to all EU member states and most non-EU European countries (including the UK, Norway, Switzerland, and others).

Shipping Methods & Costs

  • Available shipping options and costs are shown at checkout based on your address and order weight/value.

  • Free shipping thresholds (if available) will be clearly displayed at checkout or on promotional banners.

Delivery Estimates

  • EU destinations: typically 2–7 business days after dispatch, depending on the country and selected method.

  • Non-EU European destinations: 3–10 business days after dispatch.

Estimates are not guarantees; carriers may experience delays beyond our control.

Tracking

  • You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order has been dispatched.

Customs, Duties & VAT

  • Within the EU: VAT is handled according to your destination country’s rules at checkout. No customs duties apply within the EU customs union.

  • Outside the EU (e.g., UK, Norway, Switzerland): Your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, and clearance fees upon arrival. These charges are the customer’s responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Address Issues & Undeliverable Parcels

  • Please ensure your address is complete and accurate. If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we can reship (additional postage may apply) or refund the order minus the original shipping cost.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your order appears lost or arrives damaged, contact support@glowcosmetics.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date or receipt. We’ll investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Order Changes & Cancellations

  • We may be able to modify or cancel your order before it ships. Please email us as soon as possible. Once dispatched, changes or cancellations are no longer possible.
